Fleet 10 and other sailors,

2008 East Coast National Cruise

The 2008 Cruise will start on Saturday, June 14.  We will meet at The Sailing

Emporium in Rock Hall.  We hope to have a picnic here.  Fuel is available at the

Sailing Emporium.  They also have some bicycles available that can be ridden

into town.    http://www.sailingemporium.com

On Sunday, we will anchor at Langford Creek off of the Chester River, (approx.

17 NM).  There is a marina nearby for fuel with a ship's store.

On Monday and Tuesday nights, we will stay at Chestertown Marina, (approx.15

NM). http://www.chestertown.com/chestertownmarina/  The marina is located in the

heart of colonial Chestertown.  Everything is within walking distance.  There

are many restored 18th century buildings and restaurants in Chestertown.

On Wednesday, we will anchor in the Corsica River, (approx.13 NM).

On Thursday, we will sail to the Magothy River and anchor at Red House Cove,

(approx.  26 NM).   *If it is not a good day for a long sail, we will adjust this leg to a closer anchorage.

On Friday we will sail to Back Creek in Annapolis and stay at Port Annapolis

Marina, (approx. 13 NM). www.portannapolis.com  We would like to have a picnic
